Are the chemicals pet friendly?
Our chemicals are pet friendly and environmentally friendly. We are proud owners of two pets.
Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept cash, checks and credit cards. Our customers can log in to their customer portal log in that is on the invoice and make payments through the customer portal.
Can we schedule through 2-Way Texting?
Yes, our customers or new customers may text us @ 505-437-4119 (during business hours) and we can schedule or answer any questions you may have. You can also email us @ bugmanpestcontroloffice@gmail.com
Do we require contracts?
We do not require contracts. We offer performance contracts. The Bug Man believes if we do a good job you will call us back so we offer monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly routine schedule(s).
Do we treat for bees?
In order to keep our bee population strong, the first thing we do is try to save the hive. Most of the time a bee keeper can be contacted and beehive harvest without exterminating them. This is the most responsible action when bees are in an unwanted area. However, there are times when the bees present a danger to kids or even someone being allergic and harvesting is not a possibility. Here is a local bee keeper that can also assist you.
